Questions

Is EpoxyFlow really free?
Yes. Every feature is on the Free plan, with no monthly fee and no card needed to sign up. We make money from a small fee on card payments you collect through the app.
What's the catch?
There isn't one. When a customer pays by card through EpoxyFlow, the fee is 2.5%, and never more than $250 in a month. When they pay cash, check, Zelle, or bank transfer, you pay nothing.
When should I switch to Pro?
Once you collect more than about $3,400 a month by card. Past that, Pro is cheaper at any volume, because its 0.75% fee is capped at $99 a month. Slide the calculator to your number to see the difference.
Is the fee on top of card processing?
Yes. Stripe's standard processing fee goes to Stripe. In the US that's about 2.9% + 30 cents, and it varies by country. EpoxyFlow's fee is separate: 2.5% on Free, 0.75% on Pro. On either plan you can pass Stripe's processing fee to your customer at checkout, so a card payment can cost you only the EpoxyFlow fee. The pass-through covers Stripe's fee only, never the EpoxyFlow fee.
Does it follow up for me?
Yes. Turn on automations and EpoxyFlow follows up with new leads, quiet quotes, unpaid deposits, and upcoming installs, then asks for a review when the job is paid. Texts only go to customers who opted in.
Does EpoxyFlow work outside the US?
Yes. Contractors in the US, Canada, the UK, Europe, Switzerland, and Australia can create a free account, connect their own Stripe account, and get paid in their local currency. Quotes support square meters and your local tax label, like GST or VAT. More countries are coming as Stripe expands support.
