Questions about fees
What does the 2.5% fee apply to?
Only card payments your customers make through EpoxyFlow, like a deposit or balance paid from a quote link. Money you collect outside the app is never charged.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Only the EpoxyFlow fee. Every feature is on both plans, including unlimited team seats and passing card fees to your customer. Free is 2.5% capped at $250 a month. Pro is $59 a month plus 0.75%, capped at $99 a month.
Is the fee on top of card processing?
Yes. Stripe's standard processing fee goes to Stripe. In the US that's about 2.9% + 30 cents, and it varies by country. EpoxyFlow's fee is separate: 2.5% on Free, 0.75% on Pro. On either plan you can pass Stripe's processing fee to your customer at checkout, so a card payment can cost you only the EpoxyFlow fee. The pass-through covers Stripe's fee only, never the EpoxyFlow fee.
How do the fee caps work?
Both plans cap the EpoxyFlow fee every month. On Free, the 2.5% fee stops at $250. On Pro, the 0.75% fee stops at $99, so the most Pro ever costs is $59 plus $99, or $158 a month. Collect $10,000 or $100,000 by card, you never pay more than the cap.
Are cash, check, Zelle, and bank transfers charged?
No. Track them in EpoxyFlow for free. They never count toward fees.
Does EpoxyFlow work outside the US?
Yes. Contractors in the US, Canada, the UK, Europe, Switzerland, and Australia can create a free account, connect their own Stripe account, and get paid in their local currency. Quotes support square meters and your local tax label, like GST or VAT. More countries are coming as Stripe expands support.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?

Is Free really free forever?
Yes. It doesn't expire and it isn't a stripped-down version. Every feature is included.
When is Pro worth it?
Once you collect about $3,400 a month by card, and it stays cheaper from there. At $10,000 a month, Free costs $250 and Pro costs $134. At $50,000 a month, Free is still $250 and Pro is $158, because its fee is capped at $99. Below about $3,400, stay on Free.
Are there contracts or setup fees?
No contracts and no setup fees. Cancel Pro anytime.
Can I switch plans later?
